I am signing up for meditation with Headspace and starting today!!! I really think it can help me!!
Great interview!
Ok so this kind of rocks my paradigm that I could not ever do meditation, I’ve always seen it as something for those others because I could never calm my racing thoughts long enough. My head jumps from one thing to another constantly and there is no way I could concentrate. This interview makes it sound possible for me to train my mind to be calmer. Hey I’d I can train my mind to think differently about food and train my body to run races, why can’t I train my mind to be calmer.
