Sarah, a 45-year young wife of 20 years to her best friend Rod and Mother of three had a background in recreation but didn’t feel authentic as an example in her profession.
Never in her adult life had she ever really been lean or fit and as far back as age eight Sarah recalls her weight being noticed by adults in her life.

Rick, a 41-year old real-estate developer from Georgia spent all of his adult life being the “big guy.” At 6’3″ and a former collegiate walk-on offense lineman at Georgia Tech the big guy persona becomes pretty easy to understand.
Even so Rick says he felt he was just settling every time he’d allow his weight to approach the 240 mark as it did dozens of times in the 20 years since playing football.
Rick joined Boot Camp 14 in a very dark place. He had lost his Father two years before, his real-estate business was in a shambles with property values crashing, debts exceeding assets by millions of dollars and he was experiencing heart palpitations, panic attacks and chronic anxiety. Rick says “I felt as though my world was crashing.”
Rick had some previous experience with Leanness Lifestyle and had decided it was time to rejoin and get his body and his life back in order with Boot Camp 14.
After losing some weight prior to Boot Camp 14 Rick started Boot Camp 14 near 215 pounds. He finished Boot Camp 14 20 weeks later at 181 pounds with a six pack and a body fat of just 6 percent!

After graduating high school in 1983 I earned a Bachelor Of Science degree. I got married in 1987 and that same year became a city police officer, later rising to Illinois State Trooper. I was a police officer 10 years. I have three wonderful kids Steven, Christopher and Elizabeth.

A Two-Week “Get Acquainted” Period
The first two weeks of Boot Camp are making sure you have taken free, personal classes by telephone on how to use all of the amazing online nutrition, exercise and weight-management software I’ve written.
Two weeks gives you time to make sure you are comfortable and up to speed. As a participant you must demonstrate competency with the software within the two-week get-acquainted period. Don’t worry, people of every computer skill level have used my online software with success.
I Teach You LIVE (Not a Recording)
With a 35-Minute Tele-Class Each Wednesday
On Wednesday February 8th, 2012 we will have our first LIVE class by phone at 7:25pm central time (5:25pm Pacific, 8:25pm Eastern). The class will last a total of approximately 60 minutes.
After this first class we will meet once a week, every week, for seven weeks, on Wednesday at the same time. Each class after the first will last about 35 minutes. I start my classes on time and respect your time by finishing very close to 35 minutes later. Participants will be contacted with the call-in number and passcode well before the teleconference.
After the first seven weeks we meet twice a month still on Wednesdays. This reduces your overall telephone time commitment yet continues your personal-education. By meeting twice a month rather than every week this allows you some more off time to begin spreading your own wings and applying the principles you’ll learn in your real-world environment.
Do you really have to make each class on Wednesday for seven Wednesdays in a row? Preferably, yes, however I record every class so that you can listen to it the next day in case you have to miss the live class.
I Will Monitor Your Performance and Progress
Each Week and Even Weekends
During the first seven weeks of Boot Camp I don’t take a day off. That’s right. I work seven days a week to monitor your group, give feedback and to answer any questions you have along the way.
Every week I will monitor one or more aspects of your performance and progress. I’ll do so through your logs, weigh-ins, activity and nutrition data to ensure you are doing well and not falling behind.
I will personally ensure your cardio- and resistance-training programs are appropriate for your skill level, goals and equipment availability. You don’t need a gym membership. You don’t need a personal trainer.
I or another coach may call you if I feel you are falling behind or need extra support.
I Give Class and Individual Assignments
As a Boot Camp student you should expect one quiz and one assignment every week for the first seven weeks. Quizzes are graded. Quizzes and assignments are mandatory.
The purpose of the quizzes and assignments is to ensure that you are adequately progressing and truly learning what you need to know for creating the body you desire.
Private Discussion Forum Only For Boot Campers
Your Boot Camp class will be given a private discussion forum for fitness-related topics and simply getting to know each other in a private, comfortable, judgment-free zone.
Accountability With Penalties
There are fines for not completing assignments. These fines are spelled out on our first tele-class. Keep in mind that if the fines were abusive I wouldn’t consistently graduate well over 90 percent of my Boot Camp students each and every class.
In the end you have to trust me enough as your coach to help you succeed and to be fair. The final decision of whether you are performing at a reasonable level for Boot Camp is up to me and me alone.
I personally guarantee your results if you follow the plan customized for you. Remember, on average, across more than 21 Boot Camps since 1999 90% have lost the weight and graduated by performing and following the plan.
