It’s been a couple weeks since I posted a 300 workout but this is one you just have to see. It’s called the MC Hammer and I created it a few years back as a compliment to a workout called “The Mary” because that workout, while incredible, needed complimentary body parts added to have it be complete (i.e., total body worked). Be sure and check this post out and watch the video here as I take you through the workout. Adjust your volume because I have music playing which will either jack you up or turn you off. I leave that to you.
Here are the exercises:
- 1-Arm Dumbbell Row
- Barbell Back Squat
- Close-Grip Palms-Up Lat Pull Down
- Dumbbell RDL (Romanian Dead Lift)
- 2-Hand Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extension
- Sprinter Abs
You complete 50 reps of each exercise before moving to the next exercise. 50 X 6 exercises = 300 reps and WOW! Adjust the load so it works for YOU. You don’t have to do the loads I show in the video for male and female. The only downside is if you can’t do the loads then you can’t call it the MC Hammer but I think we can live with that. 🙂
