As of next Wednesday, October 19th, there will be 73 days until the end of 2011. Using the same October 19th starting date guess how many weight-loss days you’ve got in 2011.
If you said 73 I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you got it wrong. If you said 35 you got it right! Here’s why …
Next Wednesday, on October 19th, there will be exactly 35 days until the day before Thanksgiving (November 24th). And after Thanksgiving you’ve got two shots at continued weight loss in 2011; 1). slim and 2). none.
The truth of the matter is 95% of people battling weight will NOT lose weight after Thanksgiving. This isn’t a “throwing in of the towel.” It’s reality. And Leanness Lifestyle is founded deeply in the reality of science-based, effective weight loss. After Thanksgiving we focus on maintaining weight for about eight weeks and then we REALLY get after it again near the end of January.

A: No, anyone can do this and it’d be the perfect intro for you if you’re new to Leanness Lifestyle
Q: Is this just about exercise or “diet” and exercise both?
A: First, we don’t diet here but these five weeks will be about enhancing what we call the NFL, AFL and EFL which are the nutritonally-fit lifestyle, actively-fit lifestyle and emotionally-fit lifestyle.
If you’re an Elite client or you’ve signed up for the Ph.D. program there is no charge for this challenge.

You get complete access to all of the online tools I programmed and created. The main ones include these but there are more as well:
1. Nutrition Professor – where we log all our meals each day and what I’ll be reviewing to help get your nutrition dialed in.
2. Weight, exercise and nutrition-fundamentals logs – where you will enter the quick data that my system will track and which allows me to see how your weight is behaving, what your exercise is how much and what type, and a daily reenforcement of the 15 nutrition fundamentals I have found to be key for weight loss and healthy living.
3. Access to me for any questions via what we call Private Messaging inside the program.
4. Goal-setting software that tracks your goal every day so you always know where you stand
