Didn’t have a clock running. Haven’t trained for higher reps. Was nervous but over-confident and thought I could knock this out. Missed the 100th rep by about 13 seconds. Have to try it again next week.
I really think I’ll be able to do 50, 30, 20 when I do this right. This time it was 50, 21, 14, 7. That’s what being a bit detrained will do to ya.
