The more I learn about soy the less I like it. I realize too that the media has convinced many that soy is just healthy – period. But I just don’t find that to be true in the real world with my real clients. Real clients who I see struggle when they consume many products containing it.
Unfermented, fermented, organic, genetically-modified (GMO)? I say let’s make it easy – NONE of the above. And for God’s sake do NOT use Soy Sauce. I see more problems for people who use soy sauce than probably any single substance. And by problems I mean a variety of things that occur which are indicative of an allergic response and in no weight loss or no weight loss as would be expected.
