A member just asked me about this new cardio structure called the M100.
3 cardio movements like
1. Squat thrust
2. Mountain climber
3. Squat jump
You do 10 reps of #1, then 10 of #2, then 10 of #3, then repeat 10 times for a total of 100 reps of each.
My thought is simply this. It’s fine. I think it’s just a structured variation of high-intensity cardio. Gives guidance to making your cardio workout high intensity. Some will love it. Most will hate it. Bottom line is if it’s something you will actually DO it can “work” much the same as any workout will that asks you to work hard consistently.
Here’s a video of it being explained and demonstrated.
