“Over the years, I have often been asked what precipitated my weight loss (which I’ve mostly kept off) nearly six years ago – and I give credit to the online transformation program and book, “The Leanness Lifestyle”. Back then, most people looked rather quizzically at me when I mentioned “coaching online” and “weight loss” in the same sentence, but fast forward seven years and the landscape has truly evolved with a plethora of online programs available, both in Australia and overseas.
Back in 2005, I followed the Leanness Lifestyle program online, after reading the book. As an overweight exercise scientist who was feeling rather desperate about losing weight and also highly sceptical about what help was out there, I didn’t know where to turn. I was also embarrassed about seeing someone locally due to my education and that I was supposed to “know” what to do.”
She goes on and says this about her 20-week experience with Boot Camp (what we now call Lifestyle180).
